Are there fees involved in my participation?

Online participation is offered free of fee. If you want to participate in-person, please register here.  

Where will the EHFG 2022 take place?

The EHFG 2022 will take place as a hybrid event in Bad Hofgastein, Austria. Sessions will be live-streamed and access to the platform will be granted shortly before the start of the conference.

Where can I find my access link?

You will recieve a personal access link closer to the conference (estimated 1 - 2 weeks before). 

How can I watch the conference stream?

For the optimal experience we recommend watching the stream on a desktop device, using Google Chrome.  

Where do I find the conference programme and the speaker lineup?

The updated conference programme is available on our website.

Who can I contact in case of technical issues?
For any technical issues, please contact office@ehfg.org. 

What happens to my data?

The acquisition, handling, and the utilisation of all personal registration data is executed within the guidelines of the Austrian data protection regulations.

Will the sessions be recorded and will the recordings be available to view later? 
All sessions will be recorded and made available shortly after the conference. If you have opted in for our emails, you will be notified via email once the recordings are available.
